Overview
After a construction phase lasting four years, Zurich celebrates the return of one of its most prominent landmarks. The original "Curhaus" (health spa), built in 1899, has been transformed into a luxury-class city resort. In the process, the hotel's glittering past and vibrant future have been fused together, as reflected in the architecture by Foster and Partners, the interior design by United Designers and the spa concept by Sylvia Sepielli. This is obvious the moment you see the bold lines of the extension and conversion carried out by the well-known architects Foster and Partners. They have restored the facade of the historic Main Building to its original state of 1899 and added two spectacular, sweeping wings: 173 luxurious rooms and suites, a spa covering some 4,000 square metres, first-class cuisine and generously proportioned banqueting and seminar facilities.
Dining In
Try The Restaurant and savour the fabulous creations conjuted up by our chefs in exquisite surroundings. For small parties the private dining room can be offered. The Garden Restaurant also offers on its terrace an unrestrictive view of Zurich, the lake and the Alps.

Leave your cares behind you and discover the oasis that is the Dolder Grand Spa. Here, over a spacious 4,000 square metres, the American spa designer Sylvia Sepielli has created an inspirational temple dedicated to your well-being. It contains separate Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s spas as well as a mixed aqua zone. Further workout, mind-body and movement studios, hairstyling, spa café, library, whirlpools on the terrace, medical wellness, a spacious pool looking out onto natural surroundings and 21 treatment rooms.
